Do Kona bicycles come fully assembled?
Bikes shipped directly to consumers are 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We recommend a final safety check by a professional mechanic.
What kind of warranty do you offer on frames?
We offer a limited lifetime warranty on all aluminum and steel frames for the original owner, provided the bicycle is registered within three months of purchase.
Can I upgrade components on my Kona bike without voiding the warranty?
Yes, you can upgrade components. However, the warranty only covers original parts. Any damage caused by incompatible aftermarket parts or improper installation is not covered.
